Went to Tony’s because someone backed into my car. They handled everything—the repairs, dealing with the insurance company, the rental car. Was such a relief. They did a great job and the customer service was top notch. I’ll definitely be using them for all my auto repair needs in the future.

I’ve been coming for years - they are so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, efficient, responsive, etc. etc. they’ve gone above and beyond helping navigate insurance claims and making sure my vehicles are always in good shape. I can't say enough wonderful things about Tony's Auto Services! They made my trip quick, easy and seamless. Prices were much more reasonable than other larger shops in the area. Most important the staff is incredibly warm and kind, and made me feel right at home even though I had never come in before. I am so glad I found them and will definitely be going back!

Great mechanic shop with fair prices, professional staff, and high quality service. I used Tony's several times for repairs and each issue that they worked on was thoroughly addressed, with no problems reappearing once the work was complete. I also appreciated the helpful explanations from the mechanics after each job, as it gave a non-car savvy person like myself a clear idea as to what was going on under the hood

Absolute kindest people to work with! I and others I know have gone to Tony’s in a pinch over the years as it is the closest shop to me in East Rock and George and his crew are always willing to go the extra mile which is really refreshing these days! I can only attest to working with them on oil changes and tire fixing and replacing but they’d be my first call for other issues as I know they’ll jump in to assist and be honest and also REASONABLE prices! Simply the best!

Cannot recommend this place enough. Succinctly, the reasons you should never go to another mechanic over Tony's: 1) Unbelievable customer service (they will drive you to and from work after drop off, are flexible when you're late, just generally super nice etc.) 2) Yale student discount 3) Extremely competent -- owner worked in tires before this and correctly advised us that there was no reason to replace our tires w/in the year as recommended elsewhere. Saved me >$400. 4) Separate line for the courtesy rides to and from appts. 5) Trustworthy and never seem like they're trying to nickel and dime you.

Of all places to break down and need critical repairs to get back on the road- glad it was 2 blocks from Tony's. What a find from a google search to get fair and honest help. They really care!

I brought my car to Tony’s because it was around the corner from my work. Thought I’d give it a shot. They were super helpful and personable. No surprises with an astronomical bill. I would highly recommend Tony’s and I’ll definitely be back for future work.

Unlike other places, they have great prices, don’t overcharge customers, and are very friendly. They also did their best to accommodate my schedule. 10/10 highly recommend!!!!
